The following information provided will give you an outline of what we expect as a business but also address any concerns you might have as a client.

Bookings

Booking Fee

When making a booking, depending on the service or package there will be a 20% deposit needed. This means we can block out the booking date and make it unavailable to other renters and helps to cover admin fees.

Booking Deposit

As stated, all bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit that will secure your date. Some bookings may only require a smaller fee depending on the demands of the job.

Balance Due

The balance left on the account will need to be paid a few days before the event commences but that can be arranged by both parties. Payment however, does need to be paid in advance and will not be accepted on the night.

Payment Methods

Unfortunately we do not accept any cash payments. The only methods of payment are major credit and debit cards and we also will accept bank transfers.

Cancellation

The client is able to cancel the hire at any time but the 20% deposit required for booking is non-refundable. However, if the booking is cancelled last minute and was a package instead of individual item a higher fee will be accrued due to loss of business.

Damage

The customer assumes all responsibility for all equipment once it is installed at the premises. It is their responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance for the event period. We understand that general wear and tear happens but any deliberate damage caused by the customer or the guests will be charged to the venue or client.
